Archive of a mail correspondence and collaboration with Icelandic visual artist and curator Kristin Scheving. Our exchange started in 2017 and takes place primarily through the postal system as part of the Arts Territory Exchange (aTE), a large-scale collaborative project "themed around the places, spaces and topographical terrains which surround us." It revolves around a series of journals, including photographs, drawings, text (in English, Icelandic and French), artefacts and found objects.
Our work is in "The 4th Today's Documents: A Stitch in Time," as part of the Arts Territory Exchange, curated by Huang Du & Jonathan Harris, Today Art Museum, Beijing, and the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, Chongqing, as well as a show curated by Art Language Location at the Westminster Reference Library in London, UK. Images from our exchange were published in Iceview Magazine (July 2018) as part of an interview with Gudrun Filipska.
