Traditionally, linden flowers were used to treat a variety of health issues including indigestion, liver and gallbladder disorders, high blood pressure and anxiety, stress and insomnia as well as the common cold and cough.
One of a series of herbal, anti-stress popsicles made during the two-month confinement in France (17 March - 11 May 2020).
